Grand Rewards Race

1. The "2026 Grand Race Campaign" promotion starts on 13 March 2026 at 11:00 (UTC) and ends 13 April 2026 at 11:00 (UTC) (the “Campaign Period”).
2. This promotion is open to fully KYC-verified OKX users in non-restricted jurisdictions (see Clause 6 of platform rules for restricted areas).
3. The Campaign features token rewards across multiple tasks. Tokens included in reward pools (collectively, “Campaign Tokens”) include: LAT, ORBS, PARTI, BARD, WCT, PROMPT, BIO, MMT, and Resolv. OKX reserves the right to substitute economically-equivalent tokens should distribution of any token become impossible. Reward mechanics differ by task:

      2. The first 8,000 new eligible users who (a) enroll in the Campaign, (b) are fully KYC-verified at the time of reward distribution, and (c) complete all task steps during the Campaign Period. For the purposes of this task, an eligible “new user” is a user who has not completed a first-time trade (FTT) prior to enrolling in this Campaign.
      3. Reward per user: Each of the first 8,000 qualifying new users will receive 50 $MMT. New user event token rewards for the first 8,000 qualifying users will be distributed instantly upon successful completion of all required steps and verification of eligibility.

      3. Each qualifying user receives 1 Gift Box per completed $100 USDT trading volume threshold; a single user may obtain a maximum of 100 Gift Box chances during the Campaign Period.
      4. Gift Boxes contain randomized rewards from the listed pools. Rewards are distributed immediately when users open the Gift Box. OKX does not guarantee specific tokens, token amounts, or odds beyond what is stated on the official Campaign landing page. OKX reserves the right to remove or modify Gift Box contents if a listed token becomes unavailable.
   5. Learn & Earn Task

      2. Qualification requirements: To participate a user must: (a) Enroll in the Campaign; (b) Read the educational materials provided on the Campaign landing page about Resolv and answer correctly all questions shown on the landing page quiz.
      3. Reward per completion: Upon answering all quiz questions correctly, a qualifying user will receive 80 Resolv credited to their OKX account. Each user may complete the Learn & Earn task as many times as allowed by the landing page. Learn & Earn rewards will be credited to eligible users upon successful completion and verification.
   7. To qualify for rewards, participants must complete all required steps during the Campaign Period .
